IGNEOUS

Igneous was created due to Pilar’s obsessive need to texture every tall cylinder. Inside each Igneous vessel, the viewer is greeted with a rich jewel tone with a contrasting white speckling on the outside of the vessel walls.

DOMICILE

Pay homage to the moments that an individual decides what is considered permanent or home. To the moments where you are settled, content, and permanent.

RESPITE

‘To grant temporary relief’

Coming from the Latin root word ‘to turn around to look at.’ Each vessel depicts a scene from the Pacific Northwest which I climbed and viewed.
